This venue is a pretty special place. I love the Twin Willow Gardens ceremony site – a clearing underneath soaring trees – because it feels like a sacred forest cathedral. The dappled light & the wind in the trees never fail to bring a sense of peace & awe to a wedding ceremony, and this time was no different.

Gabe and Canaan leaned into the connection with the natural world in their color palette. The bridal party wore wildflower colors, while the groomsmen wore sage shirts and grey suits. The flowers, in rusts and peach shades, were totally stunning, and one thing that really stood out to me was the thoughtfulness & detail that the couple had put into planning every element. From the lovely vintage-style glasses on the tables to the photo bus, this Twin Willow Gardens wedding was beautiful down to the details.

Celebrating Love Stories 

Canaan and Gabe originally met at a bar in Seattle. After a month of dating, they went on a week-long road trip through five different states. ‘That was absolutely when we both knew,’ says Canaan, ‘We knew that if we could stand each other for seven full days cramped into a car or a tiny tent AND sing every song we hear together, then this must be something very special. The rest is history!’

It was very clear from listening to the speeches – full of laughter and happy tears – that this couple is so loved. Every guest at this wedding had the best time celebrating Canaan and Gabe, and that kind of loving celebration was such a privilege to witness!
