North Cascades Elopement Adventure | Hannah & Mason
North Cascades Elopement
There’s something truly life-affirming about watching two people commit their lives to one another in a way that fully expresses who they are. I’ve gotten to shoot this many times as a wedding photographer, and that’s exactly what I was privileged to be a part of again when Hannah and Mason invited me to join them for their North Cascades elopement adventure near Mt Baker. Now, I’m happy to share a little bit of that adventure with you!
Hannah And Mason’s Story
Hannah and Mason’s life together has been full of adventurous experiences. These two are the perfect blend for each other. Mason, a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and Hannah, who enjoys the outdoors in a more relaxing way. While Mason mountain bikes, snowboards, Hannah goes for leisurely hikes and spends lots of time on the water. Each of them support the other, Mason encouraging Hannah to try new things, and Hannah helping Mason to slow down in the sanctuary of the outdoors, both cultivating in each other a beautiful passion for the outdoors.
Hannah & Mason’s North Cascades Elopement Adventure
After getting engaged at a secluded beach in Magnolia, Hannah and Mason found out about my adventure elopement photography services through another wedding vendor, and were immediately drawn to my work. Being an adventure enthusiast myself, I was happy to work with them to plan theirs. Together, we developed their timeline, picked a location for their North Cascades elopement, and crafted an experience they wouldn’t forget.
Sometimes, PNW has other plans though. When we got to the location, we were sucked into a cloud. That’s classic PNW for you. So, instead of doing the North Cascades elopement at Hannah and Mason’s original location, we all moved to a nearby cliff’s edge just down the road.
Although it wasn’t their first choice, the new spot still provided plenty of the atmosphere the area is known for. The fog surrounding the mountains mixed well with the stretches of forest and plant life below to bring out the perfect representation of Washington, Hannah and Mason’s home.
Final Thoughts
Maybe you’re in the mood for some adventure too. Or maybe you’d just like to explore your options for an elopement amidst nature. Either way, I’m here to listen and help. My services go beyond just taking pictures, and I’m more than willing to provide them for whatever you need. So, let me know, and let’s start figuring things out.
